You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. You can track the shipment directly on the courier's website indicated in the email.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held for 5 working days before being returned to the sender.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or sign with reservations. Contact us within 24 hours at info@eneriumlabs.com with photos of the damage — we will immediately arrange a replacement.
